Bibles for Children and Preteens

Children’s Bibles are usually colorfully illustrated, and may be paraphrased or translated using vocabulary that can be more easily read or understood by children.

Some “children’s bibles” don’t include the full text of the Scriptures, but are merely a telling of some basic Bible stories, but many of them do include the entire Bible, told in a way that can grab a child’s attention. I will try to separate the one from the other for you, although sometimes it’s hard to tell and there is a place for both.
